Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Occasional delays due to carrier volume may extend this window slightly.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and may be subject to local customs processing delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
- Reach out to us at support@ExxtraHealth.com — we will investigate and make it right.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it. Contact us immediately at support@ExxtraHealth.com if you spot an error — changes can only be made before fulfillment.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We accept PO Box and APO/FPO deliveries. Delivery times to these addresses may be slightly longer than standard estimates.
